When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service and this is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows and this clean turns the home , into its original state and ready for new homeowners.

When booking a move-in/Move out cleaning you MUST select the move-in move out package otherwise we are not liable for it to be a completed move out/move in and most likely will not confirm the booking. If your home is larger than 2 bed 2 baths then you have to select deep cleaning then it is not fair to expect our staff members to clean your entire home in less time to achieve this deep cleaning allocates the necessary time to properly clean these large homes.

If your home is not professionally clean within the last year then select “Very Dirty”.
and if your home is clean within the last 6 months, then select “ Pretty Dirty
If your home is  professionally clean within the last 3 months, then select Slightly Dirty

Once your booking is confirm (usually within 1 weeks of your performance), you will receive a confirmation email and this email will contain a summary of your reservation, including arrival date and time. This indicates when you should expect the cleaners to arrive. Note that there may be an arrival window between which the team will arrive before cleaning begins.

Our professional cleaners will be at your doorstep on the dot, together with all the required equipment needed to make your home spotless. The cleaning process is depend on a before cleaning and after cleaning walk, for the purposes of our cleaners seeing what they need to focus on before they start cleaning, and to see if you are happy with their work when complete.

Unfortunately no, we only complete interior window cleaning, not exterior.

You will receive confirmation and reminder emails before the service starts and at the bottom of these emails is a link to create and log in to your account so you can make changes to your service. However If your changes conflict with the cleaners’ schedule, our friendly office staff will contact you to try to find a solution that works for all parties.

For all bookings we require a credit/debit card to secure the booking thus we will not be able to complete your booking without a card on file. Please rest assured we will not charge your card until after the service is complete and we have made 3 attempts to contact you to see how the service went.

Most of our cleaners travel by car and carrying a small ladder for higher areas and some of our teams travel by public transport (which is great for urban jobs with limited parking), but these teams do not carry step ladders. If you require a group with a ladder, please let us know when booking the service.

Please view your My Account page, look under “Subscription” to see your next scheduled cleaning also remember if that day doesn’t work for you, you can always change it.

Yes, this is to ensure your day and time is reserved may be it seems inconvenient and unorthodox as a service company but due to fraudulent billings in the past we’ve changed to this standard to ensure all cleanings are paid for before service.

In some cases we use “Harsh” chemicals on tough to clean areas i.e. For illustration, a glass shower door with calcium figure- up will bear CLR to clean.

Cleaners will always find more to do to clean up your home with the time you’ve paid for so If a cleaner does happen to leave early contact our offices immediately.

If you aren’t happy with the service for any reason please call us directly for farther instructions then fresh booking will be place within 2 working days of the original Booking.

We recommend deep cleaning for all first time cleaning because it allows us extra time to get all the areas that are not clean during regular cleanings in the past, After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.
